Beginner Two-Step Lesson in Chicago
If you love country music and have always wanted to learn to Two Step, our beginner two-step class is your chance!! Dress in your best country guy or gal getup (denim, plaid, and don’t forget those cowboy boots!) Come join the Duet team as we two-step our way into the new year!
In this fun and casual 50-minute lesson, you will learn:
Beginner Two-Step patterns
Leading and Following Technique
Dancing around the floor and a fun turn!
Both singles and couples are welcome. To make it a fun social experience and help you understand the roles of leading and following, we rotate partners in class. Rotating is encouraged but optional.
What's more? You are welcome to bring your favorite wine/beer to help you loosen up. Our BYOB parties are a great way to meet new people or spend time with ‘old friends from down on the farm’!
*Alcohol consumption is permitted only for adults over 21. Please have an ID available.
*As always, this is an LGBTQ friendly event.
